Executive Marquees will accept all orders subject to the terms and conditions stated below and the Hirer by accepting the quotation and allowing work to proceed is deemed to have acknowledged the fact.

1. No liability is accepted for delays or nonperformance of this contact due to 

a. Loss or damage by fire, storm, tempest, or other accident.

b. Any strike or other industrial dispute.

c. Adverse weather conditions.

d. The requirement of any statutory public or local authority.

2. If there are any abnormal conditions attaching to the site which affect the erection of equipment we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the cost of any additional labour and equipment.

3. We shall not be reasonable for any damage to the site where the equipment is erected and this shall be the sole responsibility of the hirer.

4. Any damage or loss to the equipment must be reported to us immediately. The hirer will be fully responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the period of hire, See insurance.

5. Unless otherwise agreed the period of hire shall commence when our staff arrive at the site with all or of the equipment and shall continue until all our equipment has been removed.

6. In no case shall we be liable for any damage or injury by any person incurred by person or property during the period of hire who use or are in the vicinity of the equipment.

7. In the event of cancellation by the hirer, a cancellation fee, normally the deposit, will be payable.

8. The hirer shall not part with possession of the equipment under any pretence whatsoever, and shall not assign, underlet, lend or otherwise deal with the said equipment during the hiring period without the consent of the Owner.

9. Executive Marquees is insured for public liability in respect of its liability in the erection and dismantling of the equipment. The Hirer is advised to insure against liability in respect of his use of the equipment. 

10. Insurance: The Hirer is required to insure the equipment against loss, damage, fire during the Hire period.

11. Deposit: The Hirer will pay 20% deposit on acceptance of the quotation.

12. terms of payment: The Hirer will pay Executive marquees the balance due from the quotation on commencement of the hire. Any further extras which occur will be due for payment 10 days after the issue of the invoice.
